This Devil's Food Cake recipe is to die for!!

While following a TokTik cake recipe, you accidentally summon the King of Hell. Thanks to a loophole in the resulting contract, Aster is now part of your life until you die. And he's ruining it!

The Devil's Food Cake is a comedy-forward dating sim with a single (hah!) love interest.

About the game:

The core gameplay loop follows a pattern of:

Environmental storytelling → text messages / video calls → plot progression
And, of course, lots of sweets.

There are currently 3 endings planned, with an additional 3 I hope to add if I can make the numbers work.

Speak of the devil:

His full name is King Astaroth, Primarch of the Unholy Trinity, and Grand Ruler of the Nine Circles of Hell. You can call him Aster.

Aster is ancient, powerful, intelligent, completely comfortable with who he is… and bored. You're the first mortal to summon him in centuries. The texting addiction comes later.

WTH is Rising Studio?

Studio? Studios? Is it plural if it's just me? :) 
Rising Studio currently only has one contributor: MC. By day, I'm a software dev. After the kids go to bed, I'm a fantasy author with some game experience from a few years at Cartoon Network. I'm handling writing, coding, sound design, and production all by my lonesome. I'm working with some wonderful artists! Speaking of which:
